IV therapy delivers essential fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream for fast, effective results.

IV hydration and vitamin infusions are given by licensed professionals. Benefits vary from person to person, and MJ explains who should not have them.

What is tirzepatide?

Tirzepatide is a compounded once-weekly injectable medication that mimics two natural hormones: GLP-1 and GIP. These hormones help regulate appetite, slow digestion and control blood sugar. Compounded medications are prepared by a pharmacy and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.

What is a liquid BBL?

The Liquid BBL is a non-surgical enhancement that uses Radiesse® or similar collagen-stimulating dermal fillers to contour and volumize the buttocks. Can I get this at home or my hotel?

Yes. We offer mobile IV services across San Antonio with travel included in city limits.

How often should I get IV therapy?

That depends on your goals. Some clients come weekly, others monthly. We’ll help you create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Who gives the IV drips?

All drips are administered by licensed professionals using high-quality ingredients in a sterile setting.

What’s the difference between a drip and a booster?

A drip is a full IV treatment. Boosters are smaller doses added to enhance your treatment or given as a quick injection.

Will it hurt?

You may feel a quick pinch, but most clients find the treatment relaxing and walk out feeling better than when they came in.

Tirzepatide

What are the side effects?

Common side effects include nausea, mild fatigue, or bloating, especially during early dose titration. We’ll support you with anti-nausea tools and hydration guidance.

How often are the injections?

You’ll receive one injection per week, either in-clinic or, if appropriate, via a guided at-home option with medical oversight.

How long will I need to stay on the program?

We typically recommend staying on Tirzepatide for 3 to 6+ months, depending on your starting point and goals. Gradual tapering is available for long-term maintenance.

Can I combine Tirzepatide with other treatments?

Yes. Many clients add MIC/B12 shots, body sculpting, or IV therapy to support energy, metabolism, and skin elasticity during weight loss.

Who should not take Tirzepatide?

We do not recommend it for clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have a history of pancreatitis or medullary thyroid cancer. We'll fully review your history before starting.

Liquid BBL

How long does the Liquid BBL last?

Results typically last 2–4 years, depending on your body’s collagen production and maintenance schedule.

How many syringes will I need?

Most clients start with 4–10 syringes, depending on your anatomy and desired outcome. We’ll create a customized plan during your consultation.

When will I see results?

You’ll see results immediately, with continued improvement over the following months as collagen builds.

Does it hurt?

Most clients find the treatment very tolerable. We use numbing agents and cannulas for added comfort and reduced bruising.

Is there downtime?

Very minimal. You may experience some soreness or bruising for a few days, but most clients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours.

Can it be combined with other treatments?
