Before You Book.
Consultation
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Your consultation credit is valid for 90 days from the date of your consultation. After 90 days, the credit expires unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a 20% fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are also subject to a 20% fee.
