💼 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We require notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 20% of the service cost.
   
• If you placed a deposit for your appointment, it will be forfeited in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show.
   
• To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• All consultation fees are non-refundable.
   
• However, your consultation fee will be credited toward any service you receive at BeautyGlo, if used within the policy window.

• Consultation credit is valid for 90 days from the date of your appointment.
   
• After 90 days, the consultation fee will expire, unless other arrangements are made during your original visit.

• BeautyGlo does not offer refunds for any services, treatments, or consultations.
   
• All sales are final once rendered or once treatment series has begun.
