Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BeautyGlo’s services, website, and all interactions with our staff and facility. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, online booking, or in person.
   
• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
   
• You agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
   
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $150 fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
   
• Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings.
   

• All consultations are non-refundable, but the fee is credited toward your service if booked within 90 days.
   
• After 90 days, the consultation credit expires unless otherwise discussed during your appointment.
   

• BeautyGlo does not offer refunds for any services, consultations, or purchased products.
   
• All sales are final once services are rendered or treatment has begun.
   

• Aesthetic and wellness treatments are not guaranteed and results vary by individual.
   
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve or maintain results.
   
• We do not promise outcomes beyond what is medically appropriate or realistic.
   

• Clinical photos may be taken before and after treatments for record-keeping.
   
• With your written consent, these may be used for marketing, education, or social media.
   
• You may revoke consent for media use at any time by contacting us in writing.
   

• You are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and relevant history before your service.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
   

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive most aesthetic services.
   
• Treatments on minors may be performed only with parental consent and in accordance with applicable laws.
   

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   
• Discounts, promotions, or packages cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
   
• Promotional pricing is valid only within specified dates and must be paid in full when required.
   

• All content on our website (including text, images, and logos) is the property of BeautyGlo.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
   

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including CCPA and GDPR.
